Shipping and Return Policy
We currently ship to any address in the Continental United States. NO PO BOXES PLEASE.
When you place your order, you will be asked to choose from the following delivery methods: Normal, Rush, Extreme Rush, or Priority Rush.
All of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Valdosta, GA or directly from the factory.
Shipment Delivery Time
Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our warehouse and the shipping preference you select. Your purchase of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you order if our warehouse received the order prior to 1:00pm EST Monday through Friday, not including standard business holidays or weekends. Orders received by our warehouse after 1:00pm EST Monday through Friday, not including standard business holidays or weekends will be shipped the next business day. Special orders and out-of-stock merchandise may require additional time prior to shipment.
Your shipping charge will be based on the weight of your order, the distance shipped, and the method you select when ordering. This includes items shipped in multiple boxes. The charges for each of the shipping methods will be presented to you when you place your order.
Orders Damaged in Shipping
If you believe a package received from us was damaged in transit, please refuse shipment and tell the carrier that you are refusing delivery because the package is damaged. Then call Lighting Concepts' Customer Service at 229-249-8158 to inform us of the situation. If you are not present at the time of delivery and cannot refuse shipment, please call Lighting Concepts' Customer Service to make arrangements to return the damaged order.
Your original shipping charge will only be refunded for a product sent to you in error or a defective product. This refund will automatically be credited once we receive and inspect the returned product. If only a portion of your order is returned, the refund for shipping costs will be prorated. If you believe you must email us at email@example.com, or call Lighting Concepts' Customer Service at 229-249-8158 before attempting to return the product. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
General Return Guidelines
- It is required to call Lighting Concepts' Customer Service to get authorization for a return.
- On all returns we will send an email to the original purchaser verifying the return and credit amount.
- Lighting Concepts' will only apply credit to the credit card originally used for the purchase. We will not give store credit.
- We will not ship a replacement product before receiving the returned product.
- We will not accept C.O.D. deliveries for shipped returns.
- Items incorrectly shipped to Lighting Concepts will not be returned to the customer.
